This is a lovely little outfit for a dog, and it's really good quality. It fastens around the back of the neck with velcro and you can adjust it to fit. This size fit my 6kg dog easily, and he didn't object to it at all, so presumably it was comfortable! It makes him look very smart so it's great for special occasions!
